Recruitment & Selection
Company’s policy is to meet the needs of our clients and customizing our services. Recruitment process starts from screening of candidates to their selection. We place the right kind of person at right place and right time. Minimum requirements for candidature of security guard are as follows:

• Physically and mentally fit.
• Minimum height of 5’ 6“.
• Educational Qualification: At least 10th passed.
• Age: 21-45 years
• Should be able to read and write Hindi or English or both.
• Positive Background Check and Police Verification Report.

After Deployment
Before Sea Hawk takes up any assignment, a team of operations staff visits the site to analyze and understand the security needs of client’s premises for Survey of the site. Based on the assessment, we provide the staff that best matches the need of our clients. This assessment report is prepared in consultation with the client.

Training & Development
After selection of candidates, they undergo a Basic Training Course by highly professional Trainer which imparts the necessary skills to perform duties.

We have highly trained and experienced personnel which are ready to confront all kinds of difficult situations to ensure best security measures. We strongly believe that our guards are ambassadors and therefore their performance and personality reflect upon our standards. To ensure that the guards match up to our quality standard, all our guards undergo a training program by highly professional trainer in order to work upon their performance improvement areas. A constant up gradation is done in the guard personnel with the latest inventions and training.
